Once a project (such as photography, graphic design, or print development) has been initiated, no refund will be issued, as resources and time are allocated immediately after confirmation.

However, if a cancellation request is made before the project has started, we may issue a partial refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.
2. Subscription Plans

Our subscription services (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance.

Free trials are available as per the offer mentioned on our website.

Once a paid subscription starts, it is non-refundable, even if the client discontinues mid-term.

You may choose to cancel the subscription renewal anytime before the next billing cycle.
3. Delay or Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be eligible for:

A rescheduled delivery date, or

A full or partial refund, depending on the scope of work pending.
4. Customized Projects
Custom design or photography services created specifically for your brand are non-refundable once approved or delivered.
5. Payment Disputes
