At Creative Queen, we aim to provide high-quality creative solutions to all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our services and subscriptions.

1. Service-Based Projects
  • Once a project (such as photography, graphic design, or print development) has been initiated, no refund will be issued, as resources and time are allocated immediately after confirmation.

  • However, if a cancellation request is made before the project has started, we may issue a partial refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.

 
2. Subscription Plans
  • Our subscription services (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance.

  • Free trials are available as per the offer mentioned on our website.

  • Once a paid subscription starts, it is non-refundable, even if the client discontinues mid-term.

  • You may choose to cancel the subscription renewal anytime before the next billing cycle.

 
3. Delay or Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be eligible for:

  • A rescheduled delivery date, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the scope of work pending.

 
4. Customized Projects

Custom design or photography services created specifically for your brand are non-refundable once approved or delivered.

 
5. Payment Disputes

If you face a billing or transaction issue, please contact us at cq.creativequeen@gmail.com within 7 days of payment, and our team will assist in resolving it promptly.

 
6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
